Bea is a Warsaw-based strategic designer & researcher with a background in Service Design, Innovation Consulting, and Brand Strategy. She assists organizations, governments and brands in developing human-centric processes, strategies, and experiences from product to city scale. Her focus is on creating healthier and inclusive products & services, environments, and communities.

As a Head of Research&Strategy at Airnauts, she is building the foundations of the service & strategic design for a tech company while working towards the future, in which humanity and business performance are equally important.

Over the last 8 years, Bea has worked with clients and global teams across the real estate, healthcare, technology, financial, and design sectors. She brings expertise in design leadership, strategic thinking, creative facilitation, and user research.

Bea holds a Masters's Degree in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design, New York.

She enjoys long walks with her dog, sketching, naps, and factual optimism.
